Facebook Connect Guide and Important Information

You may have noticed the 'F-Connect' buttons around the site, as shown below. 'F-Connect' stands for Facebook Connect.

Facebook Connect allows you to login to Runescape Media using your Facebook account login details. Your profile will be automatically updated and you can login at any time just by clicking the 'F-Connect' button. Pretty cool, eh?

If you are already logged into Facebook in another tab and you click the F-Connect button then you'll be logged in automatically without even entering your details.

We do not store or see your Facebook login details on our site - it is handled entirely via Facebook.

IMPORTANT: If you register with Facebook Connect then your Runescape Media username will be your full name on Facebook (e.g. John Smith). There is no way to get round this at the moment, due to the Facebook API. If you want to be able to choose your own username then simply register with the site the normal way.

Already a Runescape Media Member?

With just a few clicks you can link your RSM account with your Facebook account. When you are viewing your profile just select 'Edit Details' under the 'Profile' drop-down and select the option to associate your account with your Facebook account!
